Exhibitors are responsible for handling of all materials belonging to their employing company.
Setup must be completed by 6 p.m.
The official opening of the Congress will take place next to the venue of the exhibition commencing 9.00 a.m. on 22nd November 2005.

Exhibitors are requested not to dismantle and remove display equipment before the Closing ceremony. All display materials must be removed from the exhibition area and pack out completed by 6.00pm. |
| Site Details - Layout: |
Stands are 3 x 4 metres, and 3 x 3 metres (Velcro compatible walls). The floor area is carpeted.
Exhibitors can offload large goods but no parking is allowed at the drop zone. |
| Parking: |
Adequate parking is located in the basement parking lot. Normal Commercial Parking Rates apply. |
| Insurance/Liability: |
Exhibitors or their agents must provide adequate insurance for their own personnel, exhibit and display materials. The SEASC Committee is not responsible for loss of or damage to Exhibitor property howsoever caused. |

Please ensure that you are familiar with Brunei Darussalam customs declaration procedure and have paid any relevant tax to ensure smooth delivery and without delay and inconvenience. Survey Department can issue a notification letter if required for declarations of goods that are to be brought back to your country. |
